1Use

BAWL CLUB is free to play for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not use it in ways that disrupt the service or interfere with other players.

2Accounts

An account is optional. One username is for one person, and the password and recovery code are yours to keep. The recovery code is shown once, right after signing up; if you lose it we cannot get your account back for you either.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page, and deletion cannot be undone. A deleted username may be taken by someone else afterwards.

3Your records

Games you play while signed in are stored on your account. They follow you to another device when you sign in there, and best scores, achievements and unlocks are calculated from those results.

Games you play without signing in are not stored anywhere, including on this device. An account is required to keep a record.

Deleting your account also deletes the stored results, and that cannot be undone.

4Content you add

An image or video you put on the overhead screen never leaves your device. It is not uploaded and not shared. You are responsible for only using material you have the right to use.

5Warranty and liability

The game is provided “as is”. It may change or stop at any time, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

6Changes

If these terms change we update this page and the date at the top of it.
